Diet. Blood group No.1A Table of Food Products for reduction of body weight and general health improvement;

Peter D’Adamo, an American dietician, is the author of a diet by blood group. This approach of losing weight is completely based on individual peculiarities, namely blood groups of a person who wants to grow thin. In diet by blood group only natural products are used.

Type 0 (I group) — «Hunter»:
This blood group is the most ancient one. The other groups originated from it in the process of evolution. 33,5% of the Earth’s population are related to this type. A strong and self-sufficient leader.

Strong  sides:
— Strong digestive system (systema digestorium);
— Strong immune system;
— Systems are created for efficient metabolism and keeping nutrients;
— Permanent regular physical activity is required!

Weak  sides:
— Tough adaptation to change of a diet and environment conditions;
— Poorly coping with stress or hex;  therefore the immune system is extremely active and acts against organism itself (allergy).

Risk  groups:
Problems of blood coagulation (bad coagulability);
Inflammation processes – arthrites;
High (intra)gastric acidity –ulcer;
Allergies.

Dietary  recommendation:
Diet by blood group I – high protein one (meat eaters).
Protein is a source of energy and vital activity for organism. Diet is composed by the principle of protein absorbency for keeping metabolism to the corresponding blood group.

The main purpose of diet is to deliver the type of protein, required only for this blood group and which will provide nourishment for a cell and sufficient energy to the organism.

Diet will deliver you from:
Constipations; Edemas; Bloating (abdominal swelling); Candidiases; Pancreatitis; Gastritis; Liver dysfunctions.

ALL PRODUCTS, NOT INCLUDED INTO THE TABLE LIST, ARE CONTRADICTORY FOR YOUR NURISHMENT!

Seaweeds (thalassophytes) (kelps, laminaria, devil’s-apron); Fish and sea products; Iodized salt; Meat, especially beef, mutton, liver; Greens, salads, spinach, broccoli, radish; Vitamins of group В, vitamin К. Calcium, manganese, iodine. Licorice (Glycyrrhiza), seaweeds promote rehabilitation of pancreas (abdominal salivary gland) functions.

To avoid: Vitamin А, vitamin Е.
Physical exercises: for fitness and especially in the programme of weight reduction – very intensive exercises: aerobics, skis, running and swimming.

 For type «0» the main problem is hypometabolism; physical inactivity.

IMPLICATION: Metabolic disorders;

 

 The following factors that increase the metabolic rate and thus reduce weight are:

1.To remove wheat and all its products, corn, beans, lentils  from the diet — they block the production of insulin and thereby slow down the metabolism.

2. Remove from your diet:

All kinds of soda (to get rid of bloating);

Canned beverages and products, supplements — concentrates, confectionery and yeast products;

— Pickles retain fluid in the body; oedema increases the body weight, friability of tissues…;

— Alcohol stimulates the secretion of gastric juice, which leads to increased appetite.

To increase consumption of foods containing iodine — seafood, seaweed, greens (salads, spinach, broccoli), iodized salt, as well as products that stimulate the production of thyroid hormones – small radish, radish, daikon. It is good to prepare the juice from them, mixed with carrots.

3. To eat meat (red), liver. These foods also increase your metabolic rate.

To solve the problem of blood clotting (if any) — foods that contain vitamin K: greens, salads, seaweed, meat, liver, cod liver oil, eggs.

To avoid yeast food; with the imbalance of intestinal bacteriatake acidophilic and Bifidobacterium.

Be careful when taking aspirin (it increases the acidity and thins the blood) and Gingko biloba (the effect of increasing blood circulation is due to its dilution).

AFTER 6:00 P.M. MEALS ARE EXCLUDED! DURING THE DAY THE MEAL SHOULD BE FRACTIONAL — 4, 5 TIMES A DAY IN SMALL PORTIONS.
